One of my favorite jokes about health is: I just can't lose weight and I have tried everything except diet and exercise . . . Anyway I am drastically cleaning up my diet and doing intermittent fasting and fasting almost every Saturday - Sunday. I walk a lot (2.5 to 4 miles a day), but not enough exercise.
My question is has anyone (or their HCBW) tried cheating? You hear the radio ads for (Sonobello?) groups that claim to do cold sculpting or some kind of lasers to remove fat. I know I should do it the "right" way, but I am curious if something like that has worked for anyone?
