I love the ability for people to make up definitions of what 'judging' is. No one was condemned to any horrible fate or punishment by this 'judging.' All he said was that since the kid is a 2X offender, he'd guess it'll happen again. That's just an observation of past behavior and a logical extension into the future.

If that's 'judging' - and it's not - there isn't a fully functioning human on the planet that doesn' do it all day every day...
