As soon as it's clear the QB is not biting on it, the punter and 3 protect dudes need to run into a called coverage call. If they are fast enough, they can make the tackle before making a first down. Note: This must be done in a situation where they wont go for it on 4th and 2. (I mentioned this in my initial proposal).
