That's bizarre to me. I used to read the story
of Brer Rabbit and the Tar Baby as a kid. I can't remember exactly, but I don't see anything racist in that. I suppose that because tar is black, some African Americans have adopted another issue to get offended by. Maybe I'm wrong. If so, enlighten me.
