Krystal. Tiny hamburgerish meat on dinner rolls served in sacks of 6 or 12.
Also, go to any small town in rural Georgia and visit one of thier buffet-style diners. Eat at a few of them and you will soon discover that there are two grades of southern food. There's southern food and then there's poor southern food. The easiest way to tell when you've found poor souther food is that every dish is the same shade of brown and smells the same. The black-eyed peas, the butter beans, the sweet p'taters, the fried chicken, the deserts. All brown.
