I understand the desire to get Ty and agree with the move, to an extent. The problem is that Doman is a great, not good but great, QB coach. Hard to replace someone like that. If Doman is OC, he will be the QB coach, too.

The only way I see this working out would be in Doman is OC and ends up as the WR coach instead.
