I can see theoretical reasons for most of those,
but the savings would be pennies.
No. 3 I've also seen stated as filling up the tank to only half full (save on hauling fuel around). But again, if there's a savings to that one, it's measured in pennies. All told, you might save a dime a tank. All told for me that would be about $3 a year, and so not worth my time.
