Have you tried PlayOn on Roku?
You have to pay, but I think it gives you access to WatchESPN.
The big thing keeping me from dropping cable and going with Roku is some of the less-common sports channels. TNT, TBS, Altitude, Versus, Root, etc. Until I can stream those, I don't think I can give up cable.
