I don't think they can get Howard with Bynum alone
I don't think I do that deal if I'm the lakers...getting rid of two of the longest guys and one of the quickest in Odom for a point guard?
Sure, CP3 is a massive upgrade over fisher, but what happens when Bynum misses 30 games? Who plays center and PF?
Even if they get Howard, I'm not sure this is a good deal for LA, look at the big 3 in Miami.
LA's advantage the past 3 years has been 3 tall, long, athletic bigs. They may be getting rid of that too easily I think.
