Ok to your point...coaching budget should have increased by now....so where are all these great new hires? It didn't take the basketball program too long to start spending more cash to improve...just don't see it with our current offensive coaching staff...obviously the jury is still out with our O line coach since he is new but the rest have had years to show what they can do and our offense has not been good for a few years now and was only as good in 2020-21 due to weak competition.
