How about Funk — was he also not slow to recognize the OL has been a major problem? Always at least a year too late, but folks here seem to embrace mediocrity.

IMO, most of that falls on Lamb & Tuiaki's recruiting. Fortunately, both are gone. Let's see what happens going forward.
