Huge Conflict. Instead we learn frustration and they learn ward dependence.
In the past we had a problem like this in an old ward. The EQP called somebody to be the moving coordinator. They worked with the family to set their expectations of what the EQ will provide. He had a checklist that he went over with them. Everything had to be in a box before help arrived. The moving truck had to be larger than the stuff. We would load / unload in our boundaries only. The member was to coordinate with the other ward. It helped a ton.
