I agree it needs to be addressed. Obesity in general is a huge problem in this country. But it comes down to prevention and education. (I also wouldn't say no to higher tax rates on fast food and junk food to help cover the enormous expenses that come from the obesity epidemic.)

I have no problem calling people on it, when appropriate. Really is an internet meme or fat/thin shaming to someone's face appropriate or helpful.
