a development problem, but, IMO, it's one or the the other.
Lots of people like to bag on the scheme, but I'm satisified it's sound. When BYU doesn't get a push from the OL control the LOS by the DL, it isn't scheme. When BYU misses passes, for the most part, it's generally because WRs can't get open and QBs can't seem to find them when they do. BYU fails to get pressure a lot, not because they don't blitz, but because our guys get hung up at the LOS when we do.
I like BYU's players and appreciate their efforts. But, for some reason, they haven't been performing well. (I'd say they 'don't execute' but that's a red flag to a lot of posters).
