The NFL finds guys all the time who are not in P5 schools and they have great NFL Careers, but the numbers and stats are hard to argue with. The sad part is that they don't realize that it's all a crap shoot. First play as a starter at a huge name school and get injured and never see the field again.
I do think that this scheme plays well to some of the LDS player types that we have historical success recruiting, but the last 10 years we've had some insanely good LBs due to the scheme as well.
I just hope we start to see 2-3 players a year get drafted and then watch things roll.
