I think that everyone can agree that greater care is necessary with certain breeds. This is a better tone to take than "get your torches and pitch forks everyone because your neighbors dog is going to kill your children and grandparents." I think it's a pretty safe bet that there is not a soul on cougar board who has lost a loved one to a dog attack. Yet there are pit bulls in almost every neighborhood somewhere. Anytime someone fear mongers. I will play devils advocate till the very end.
