"Baby Boomers are the ****ing worst. They sold their own kids (and their kids' kids) into transgenerational debt in exchange for low rate mortgages, the ***ing roads, a communist welfare state, and the perpetual bailout of Social Security and Medicare -- and they're petulantly unrepentant. Fiat currency is a **** of a drug.
Point this out to them, they rage like cocaine addicts who just had their stashes flushed -- yet they still have the AUDACITY to accuse Millennials of acting entitled. Even if Millennials *DO* act entitled, where the **** did they learn it from?
Boomers need to take a hard look in the mirror. They had the opportunity to do something about the market manipulation, the global wars, and the intergenerational debt, but they chose to kick the can down the road and leave these problem to their children, of all people. They chose to elect criminals who told them what they wanted to hear and who bribed them with the blood money of the unborn in exchange for their votes. They chose to bury their heads in the sand and NOT have the hard conversations about how the national debt can never be paid back, instead preferring to focus on obfuscatory issues like budget deficits.
Now they're surprised and offended that Millennials don't respect or listen to them, but what the **** did they expect? If you build a nanny state and fund it on the backs of your children, you forfeit your right to feign shock when the state raises them to want to be taken care of as adults. After all, it's not like it's a state secret that the state sucks at taking care of people.
I know it. You know it. We all know it."
