I get that completely... and at some point you do need to turn the reigns of the defense over to someone else. But there is NOBODY on the defensive side that is even remotely qualified for the job. The fact that he is forcing this square peg into a round hole, once again during a season with so much potential... it's pretty clear that Bronco doesn't see the big picture.

Bronco should have hired a qualified DC that he can work with, someone who understands BYU and respects it for all it's worth. Even if the defense isn't something that Bronco would run... and between a qualified DC and Bronco, they could probably intermingle their systems and ideas and become a very strong defense... but nope... we choose University of Phoenix High School coach guy with 5 years of college coaching experience... no other kind of college experience at all.
