Bronco is probably 100% correct in his assessment of Howell's work
Bronco's struggle is he sees the hard work that Howell is putting in, knows he understand the defense and maybe even makes similar calls.
What he doesn't understand is the players don't respect Howell or buy in to what the coach is selling. This factor alone can destroy even the most hardworking and genius coach.
This means the problem is one part Howell, two parts Bronco.
