Portland dude shot a free throw, missed, and Frampton

got in there to block out for a rebound. The bigger Portland player--behind Frampton--got his arm around Frampton's neck, and knocked him to the ground. Somehow Frampton's neck fouled the Portland player on the crook of his arm.
