It's really not that different than TJ's 4th foul.
TJ drives to the basket. When TJ goes up the ball is stripped and Hartwich comes down on TJ. Both players fall to the floor. TJ gets called for grabbing on to Hartwich, but he only grabbed on to Hartwich in an attempt to keep himself upright because Hartwich landed on him and caused TJ to lose his balance.
Once again, calling the aftermath and not the initial action the caused the whole sequence.
