I don't blame refs for losses when you play a 40 minute game, and have multiple possessions, but this type of reffing drives me crazy. The WCC refs are so inconsistent, and then you have an eight point series. That is so annoying. Even if Portland was taking the ball to the hole and driving, are you telling me that as the game and time were winding down, Portland wasn't committing any fouls? Really? Frampton's? The steal on Bryant, the slap on Mika's arm? I simply cannot stand WCC basketball, even if we haven't won the conference or the WCC tourney, I just have a great displeasure for any of the teams we face, other than Gonzaga and St. Mary's. And the reffing just adds fuel to the fire. There, rant over.
