I was off on my call--it wasn't on a free throw.

It was after the flagrant foul free throws by Barreno, and Portland retained possession. They put up a shot, and that's when the Frampton box out occurred. The video is on TheW.tv. This play occurs at about 2:03:37 or so, and there is a follow-up replay.
