In the past we've had way too many guys who looked just plain scared to make a move on the offensive end and opposing defenses took advantage of their lack of involvement. Guys like Josh Sharp and Nate Austin became liabilities on offense and in Josh's case it hurt the team to have him on the floor (he wasn't a great defender or rebounder)
