For the record I didn't call the kid a serial killer. Based on his
father its a given we are all assuming the kid is an idiot. Kids do dumb things, I get that, more of a caution if the kid keeps up the behavior.
Also, kid or not, shooting ducks from a car is illegal in most states, it's more poaching than out of season hunting. There is a huge difference in mentality between hunting and poaching/destroying wildlife.

Then you add in that they were killed out of season without a license or federal duck stamp. Poaching.
