Interestingly, there isn't a huge difference between #15 (AZ) and #46 (OK).

AZ turns out .6 draft picks per 4* or 5* recruit, OK turns out .31 draft picks per 4* or 5* recruit. BYU probably turns out something like .45 per such recruit I'm guessing.

Biggest weakness is that they didn't match the picks to the stars. Most of our picks were not highly rated, even though we had highly rated guys on our team.
