Yep, I agree
The ward I grew up in had several people bounce to Utah, Texas, Nevada, etc. when the economy melted down. They were going to lose their homes here, but live very well now in those states. Doing the opposite is extremely difficult unless you are a very successful professional, entreprenuer, or sales exec.
