Only problem is that a 400k job in Vegas are non existent for that reason
Otherwise everyone would do that. Sure, they exist, but theres no need to pay people that when the cost to live is so low. In CA, the competition to get those jobs is crazy, but they exist certainly, as the cost to live demands that people make that much, considerably more than CA.
A lawyer that makes a million dollars in Utah is very, very rare and doing very well. A lawyer that makes a million dollars in Orange County, is doing pretty well, but there are plenty in certain areas that do that.
