but he obviously doesn't understand some basics. They are as follows:
1) the target candidate has to have a reason for leaving ($ is one, but usually not always the best--I have a list of 15)
2) If as a recruiter you have a targeted niche, then you shouldn't ever offend or spoil a potential candidate that plays in that niche.
3) solicit any targets as a person who can help. We can always use more help.
