I thought that too when I bought
Now I am stuck with a house that is not as big as I could have and a lawn laden with gophers that refuses to stay green past May 15 no matter how much water is put on it. Furthermore my kids always want to play in the front yard on their bikes and at the basketball standard so the huge backyard is ignored.
