Maybe I'm your typical Utahn but I like new houses with all the new features that comes with it.

Some old homes have character like the ones in East Sugarhouse, East Millcreek and the Aves but most of them are just old with smelly basements.

I do wish I had a bigger yard but I. Will gladly sacrifice a large yard for a new, larger floor plan.
