coaches like to assign values they want the team to look for: leaders in the classroom, leaders in service and leaders on the field. You can't tell me that our entire team looked to Ridley as one of our top players last year. I respect Ridley and several of his catches but he was nowhere near the player Hoffman was. How could Hoffman not have the Captain logo when he walks out on the field. How could Van Noy not walk out to center field to represent our team?
