I take it you think that Boston College is the dominant program over Notre Dame?
After all, BC whooped up on the Fighting Irish for a better part of a decade between 2000 and 2010 (won 6 in a row and 7 out of 8).
Just because a school goes on a roll over another team doesn't make them a dominant program. But U go ahead and think that, if it gives you comfort
