Sure, if BYU was winning important games, conference championships, and making waves in the post season while losing to Utah, then maybe I'd have to re-evaluate my stance on who is currently the dominant program.
Truth is, during the past 4 years both programs have been mediocre, but one keeps winning the H2H...so there's really no argument. TV ratings aren't really a good argument. I'll take wins over TV ratings any day.
