Hold up. L-Arginine is the WRONG amino acid for this.
Too much l-Arginine is what can CAUSE an outbreak! Usually nuts....almonds... etc. If you eat a ton of almonds, as is popular in paleo diets or other diets, you can force an outbreak.
L-Lysine is the counter. THAT's the amino acid you want.
