Rocky Mountain Power has proposed a tax on homes with rooftop solar. This tax would threaten local job creation and hinder the ability of homes to produce their own energy. The Utah Public Service Commission will be holding a public hearing, with opportunity for you to testify, to discuss this unfair 'sun tax.' Please join us for a public rally and press conference before the hearing to show the Commission that Utah wants more solar.

Barry Goldwater Jr., TUSK Co-Chair, will speak at the rally to encourage energy choice in Utah!

We need to show the Commission that Utahns support the growth of rooftop solar.
