To say it isn't as good.....I'm not sure where that comes from. It really is a spectacular device. In what way is a MacBook Air better? I can list a ton of very significant ways that a Surface is better (in fact, I did in my original post). Is there any way that a MacBook Air is better that is real?

iPads do have more simple Apps--just not that I care about. Once you've seen a thousand games, you've seen them all. I don't care about the next 100,000 games. I'd gladly trade them all for a real game like Starcraft 2. With that said, there are some Apps that are required for certain job functions in some industries that only come on an iPad. Same thing with Windows applications in other instances in the same or other industries.
