I am in north Utah County (Highland) and would love to hear from someone local how the build went, where they got supplies, and how results were.
I have an electric smoker (also vertical) that I have cooked some good stuff on, but I am really interested to see how the UDS does. I also want to increase my capacity. I plan to have it ready for the first game (UCONN) and get some ribs, boston butt, and perhaps try my first brisket by then.
