my little electric masterbuilt does a good job, but lacks some capacity.
I don't know what your traeger is. Is it a vertical? Smokebox? Offset? Traeger always uses pellets, right?
Anyway, I'm intrigued by the unique attributes of a vertical smoker where the drippings fall into the fire, and produce a unique flavor. If no one else has done it, I might post some results here later.
