I don't understand that mentality. So let's hope Texas doesn't play any of their 1st string guys on both sides of the ball. That would seem to be really good for us. Hoping players are out so we have a better chance. I don't understand that. What a timid and cowardly way to view and live life.

I would rather have high expectations which may not be totally achievable or even achievable at all, than to hope my opponent is not at full strength so I have a better chance of beating an inferior foe. And then boasting about beating a highly respected team, in name only.

I see nothing wrong with wanting to play the best, at their best.

If we don't think we can win under those circumstances then we shouldn't schedule them. Unless we WANT to be the sacrificial lamb and get a big paycheck for letting them whip our tails.
