Every coach has weaknesses and makes mistakes
Some weaknesses are due to inexperience, and can be strengthened over time.

Other weaknesses are due to personality and can't really be fixed. You are who you are. You say Bronco is too stubborn to change this or that. Well, what if it is his stubbornness that makes him good at other parts of coaching he excels at? A better example... there are likely some high profile recruits that would have picked BYU if we had a different coach. But if we had a different coach, then there are likely some high profile recruits that did pick BYU that wouldn't have with the other coach. Things will never be perfect, so why be overly critical of imperfections?

Other weaknesses are inherent in every scheme. You're never going to have a scheme that addresses every situation perfectly. What you hope is that the coaches have judged their abilities and their players' talent well enough that they've gone with a scheme that accentuates what the coaches and players do well and minimizes what they don't do well.
