Bronco is a great defensive mind and game plans to the strengths and around the weaknesses of his personnel. I talk with college coaches every year at clinics and campus visits and whenever his name comes up he is given respect and his proper due as one of the better defensive minds in the game.

No coach is perfect unless they field a team of 5 star recruits that they just have to be sure they don't screw up. Sorry, your opinion and arguments as a fan don't quite cut it against those that do this for a living.
