We set up in the Indoor Practice Facility parking lot under the north trees. Have for about 5 or 6 years. We usually cook brats on a little propane grill. For a Saturday afternoon game when I have enough time I take smoker and have done turkey legs, ribs, pork butt. For brats we meet about two hours before game. When I bring the smoker I'll hang out for hours.
