That seems a bit harsh... and personally, I've been learning the value of not
speaking in absolutes lately. I had hardly noticed that I even did it much until a co-worker began to call me out on it.

Anyway, I agree with Linescratcher. I've heard worse.

On a related story, I bought a couple condos in 2004 for around $110k... decided to sell them in 2007 for ~175k. Then 2008 happened... I know it's practically impossible to predict the market, but I also bet that they wish they had "waited". But generally speaking, no I would probably not wait if I knew I was going to be in it for 5 years..
