The market here crashed and is recovering. It will not go back to 06-07 prices but I feel that is will stabalize for the next few years. We will not need much equity in order to move again in 5 years. The homes here will likely not decrease in value over the next five years either. Really, they can only go up, as they have over the last 2 years.
