First- don't allow it onto wifi or ethernet as long as original hard drive is
installed. Next copy the DATA (i.e. My Documents ect) onto a flash/hard drive. Remove original hard drive altogether, use restoration media to replace original windows setup to newly purchased hard drive, copy data from backup flash/hard drive after scanning it for malware, preferably from a Mac or Linux box that has the ability to scan for Windows malware/virii. Hold onto original hard drive until you're sure you've got everything- then shred it.
