On O, our line play sets the tone. On D, our LBs do.

We have had great LBs in the time period you reference, and that is why the D has been really solid. The O line has struggled the last 4 years, which correlates to the issues we saw. So mentality is part of it, but actually having guys who can physically do it is another part of it.
