Other two units run fine, just the one upstairs not so much. SEER rating is 14,
so If think it'd run more efficiently.
I had it serviced last year and the guy said it was fine, but probably ought to get it serviced again.
I have a ridge vent, big may need some attic fans.

If ventilation is the issue, then you need to make sure you have enough vents
