I don't think he was saying that he prefers to lose.

I honestly believe that Bronco wants to win every game. Just like every other football coach. It was just an awkwardly worded statement. He simply could have stated it better, or expressed himself a little differently. Along with others, I believe that Bronco could benefit from hiring a press secretary. PR is not exactly one of his strong suits.
