and maintains his own personal worthiness. He is the head coach and can provide a bit of a moral anchor if the player is willing to take it. Sometimes that is all a person needs but ultimately the decision rests with the player. But no matter what you think, a coach like Andy Reid or Tony Dungy is going to provide a better environment than a coach like Barry Schweitzer.
